Slack Channels
Slack channels connect Bellatrix One directly to your Slack workspace conversations.

- Provide real-time responses to team members
- Access designated apps and their capabilities
Creating Channels
- Navigate to Channels in your Bellatrix One dashboard
- Click "Create New Channel" and select "Slack"
- Choose the Slack conversation to connect
- Select which apps and users have access
- Configure permissions and settings
- From Slack, type '/add' and add Bellatrix One to the conversation
Using Slack Channels
Once activated, team members can interact with Bellatrix One by:
- Mentioning @bellatrix in messages or using a /bellatrix command
- Asking questions about connected tools
- Requesting data from integrated systems
- Getting help with workflows and processes
Best Practices
- Start with a dedicated #bellatrix channel for testing
- Clearly define which apps are available to the team
- Set appropriate user permissions for sensitive tools
- Use descriptive channel names for easy identification
