Channels Guide

Channels are the core way of interacting with Bellatrix One. Learn how to manage and configure channels effectively.

Channel Types

There are 2 types of channels available:

Slack Channels

A Slack channel is connected to a conversation or group chat in your Slack account. Bellatrix One can answer questions or invoke tools within the chat.

Creating Channels

  1. Navigate to the channels section
  2. Click "Create New Channel"
  3. Choose your channel type (Slack or Web)
  4. Select Connections and Users to include
  5. Save and activate
